The theme of the Shrot Mahotsav panel discussions and district-level group deliberations focused on river source and watershed rejuvenation, drawing from the Samarth Ganga framework and its five-pillar approach adopted under the CAMP Project across six river basins.

Resource persons from cMahanadi moderated the technical discussions and played a key role in drafting the final district-level concluding notes of the event. These recommendations will serve as the foundation for future source protection and watershed rejuvenation programmes across the 09 participating districts with river origins.
